This is one of those recipes that will divide the room and set brother against sister regarding the origins. So I’m going to do the courageous thing and RUN AWAY!
Wherever this wonderful dish comes from (Mexico, or Texas) and wether it should have beans or not I don’t care. It is gorgeous and delicious and everyone should enjoy the combination of beef and chilli peppers and serve it with corn tortilla chips, guacamole, sour cream and of course salsa.
