It’s been bitterly cold lately and we got a major snow this past weekend, so there’s no better time for chili. Join me as I make some white bean chicken chili in my Instant Pot. This recipe is easy, delicious, hearty and healthy. (Two things to note: I forgot the corn and you can use sour cream or plain Greek yogurt…)
