Paksiw na Isda Ingredients
665 grams Fish
2-3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar, adjust to your liking
2 tsp Salt, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp Ground Black pepper
3/4 cup Water
16 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Lemon juice, add at the very end
