Pur Bhora Lonka is a recipe of the chili pepper which is also called Bharwa Mirch in Hindi but this is a modified version of bharwa mirch in which we have tried to give it a Bengali twist with 2 of the favorite Bengali spices, posto and sorshe.
Pur in Bengali actually means stuffing and this recipe is a fried red chili pepper with a sweet and spicy stuffing which taste just awesome with hot rice and it leaves a long lasting unique taste which is second to none.
