It is so easy to make, and can be made in a slow cooker, stock pot or Insta pot! It’s a chili your family is sure to love, and you too can make it your family Halloween dinner! When making it in the Instant Pot – Push Manual and cook for 7 minutes. You can quick release or let the pressure go down on its own.
