Ingredients:
• Eggs : 3 No’s
• Salt : ¾ Teaspoon
• Onions : 4 Tablespoons
• Green Chilies : 2 No’s finely Chopped
• Coriander Leaves : 2 Tablespoons finely chopped
• Carrot Grate : 1 Tablespoon
• Chili Flakes : ½ Teaspoon
• Oil : 1 Teaspoon
• Capsicum : 1 Tablespoon
• Water : 1 Cup
• Tomato : 1 Tablespoon finely chopped
• Instant Noodles : 1 Cake
• Taste Maker : 1 Packet
Method of Preparation:
• In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs and beat them well.
• Add ¾ Tsp Salt and blend it.
• Add 2 tbs finely chopped Onions, and 1 Green Chili finely chopped.
• Place the mixture aside for some time.
• In a pan heat 1 Tsp Oil and add 2 Tbs of finely chopped Onions.
• Add 1 Green Chili finely chopped, 1 Tbs finely chopped Capsicum
• Then, add 1 Tbs Carrot finely chopped and fry them all.
• Add 1 Tbs finely chopped Tomato.
• Now will add 1 cup of water, bring them to a boil, and add 1 cake of any instant noodles.
• And add the taste maker and cook it till water is evaporated.
• Now on a griddle or skillet heat 1 Tsp Butter let it melt and spread it all over.
• Pour the egg mixture into the pan, and let it cook for a minute with a lid.
• Add cooked noodles to the egg, and grate some Cheese.
• Roll the egg from the other side.
• Place a lid and let the roll be cooked for a while on low flame.
• Puffy Noodles with Cheese are ready.
