Chicken Chapli Kabab Recipe II Masala Cuisine II
Ingredients:
• Chicken mince (Qeema) 725 grams
• Crushed red chili (Lal mirch) 1-1/2 tsp
• Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
• Roasted gram flour (Baisan) 4 tbsp
• Chapli kabab masala 1 tsp (optional)
• Roasted cumin powder (Zeera powder) 1 tsp
• Coriander powder (Dhania powder) 1 tsp
• Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• Pomegranate powder (Anardana powder) 1 tsp
• Green chili chopped (Hari mirch) 1
• Fresh coriander/Cilantro chopped 1/2 cup
• Ginger garlic paste (Adrak lehsan paste) 1 tbsp
• Egg (Anda) 1
• Onion chopped (Pyaz) 2 small
• Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl, add chicken mince, crushed red chili, salt, roasted gram flour, Chapli kabab masala, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pomegranate powder, green chili chopped, fresh coriander/cilantro, ginger garlic paste, egg, onion chopped, mix well until well combined.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan, heat oil.
Take a mixture and make kababs.
Place Chapli kababs and fry on medium low flame until done. (approx 6-8 minutes).
