Chili is one of my favorite go tos because it’s a hearty filling meal that stores perfectly!

Chili recipe
1lb of ground turkey
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin & chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can of of tomato paste
Brown meat
Add minced garlic
Half an onion
1 pepper
*Optional blend a can of crushed tomatoes with veggies of added secret greens no one will taste*
Add crushed tomatoes
Add two cans of kidney beans with liquid
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened coco powder & coffee secret to s flavorful chili
Let everything simmer on low 10 minutes and then it’s ready to eat.
This recipe makes about 9-10 I cup servings.

Enjoy this alone in a bowl or over a baked potato or even some pasta. Don’t forever to eat it your greens first!
