Hey welcome back my fellow Idiots! I took a week off from making video’s but now I’m back, fresh and ready to make some idiot proof recipes. I missed making food for you all last week, so I’m glad to be back.
Today I took a crack at chili cheese dogs, or what some would call a Coney dog, and let me tell you, I was glad I did because they were so good! They’re so easy to make, and just so tasty. Now for this recipe, I certainly made an easier chili recipe, but thats kind of the point with chili cheese dogs- you don’t want the most extravagant chili possible, you want a nice simple but tasty chili.

Chili Ingredients:
-large onion diced finely
-2 lbs ground beef
-4 cloves garlic
-6oz can tomato paste
-28 oz can crushed tomatoes
-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 can beer of your choice
-2 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
-1 tbsp mexican oregano
-2 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-kosher salt
-black pepper
Cheese sauce Ingredients:
-1/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 cup unsalted butter
-2 cups whole milk
-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
