INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken
Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Egg
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Oil for Frying
For Sauce:
1 tbsp Ginger Finely Chopped
1 tbsp Garlic Finely Chopped
1 small Onion Chopped
2-3 Green chilies paste
Capsicum/Bell Pepper cut in Cubes
Onion Cut in Cubes
Spring Onion
Baby Corn boiled
1-2 Green Chili Slit
Salt & Pepper
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (for color)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Corn Flour + 1/2 cup Water mix
