HEALTHY TURKEY CHILI RECIPE // Cooking | Next With Nita

Hi guys!! Ajeet and I decided to make another cooking video spilling all the beans (literally!) about our healthy Paleo-friendly turkey chili recipe! The deets are below:

INGREDIENTS:
2 bell peppers
1 jalapeno
1/2 onion
2 stalks of celery
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of cilantro
2 lbs ground turkey
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup of tomato soup
1 can black beans
1 avocado

STEPS:
1. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper, jalapeno for 6 min
2. Add garlic
3. Add turkey to one side of the pan
4. Add the seasoning
5. Add black beans
6. Add tomatoes
7. Add the tomato soup
8. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 min
9. Add garnish and serve
