Chili cheese dogs toast
For chili
500g Ground Beef
200g of Beans
200g of Chopped Tomatoes
120ml Beef Stock
1/2 medium White Onion
1/2 medium Red Pepper
1 cloves of Garlic
1.5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp EACH: Paprika
1 tsp Sugar, or to taste
1/2 tsp Oregano, Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Olive Oil
For Grilled Cheese
4 slices of Toast Bread
4 Hot Dogs, sliced in half lengthways
4 square slices of cheddar for toast
1/2 cup grated cheddar
Butter for frying
