This crunchy avocado chickpeas salad is so healthy and delicious. Full of flavor.
Sharing my easy to follow recipe video. Its so simple to make and so satisfying to the appetite. Its my go to lunch. I do not feel hungry or crave for unhealthy snacks till dinner.

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1& 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 of a red onion chopped
1/2 of a tomato chopped
1 whole avocado
A few corn tortilla chips crushed
Boiled chicken sausage (optional)
Add chickpeas,salt and red chili powder and lemon juice.
Mix the seasoning well to coat the chickpeas.
Add the onion,tomato and avocado.
Take a few corn tortilla chips.I prefer less salty ones. Crush it with hands and mix in the salad.
The salad is ready to eat at this point . If you wanna add meat i added boiled chicken sausage that worked well with the texture of this salad. Again its completely optional.
