Masala potato fries
Here’s the recipe to my fave masala fries ❤️
Ingredients:
750g straight cut chips
2 tbs red pepper paste
3 tbs ketchup
3 tbs sweet chilli
4 tbs kebab house chilli sauce
3 tbs chilli sauce
1 tbs red hot sauce
1 tbs Tabasco habanero
1 tbs zeera
1 tsp salt
2 tbs chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbs chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Spring onion to garnish
Method:
In a pan double fry chips. 20 minutes 1st round and 5 minutes 2nd round (heat heat).
Drain chips of excess oil and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp chilli flakes.
Medium heat: In a separate pan heat up 1 tbs olive oil and add paste, mix well and add minced garlic and all sauces. Add remaining dry spices and mix well. Bring to simmer and switch off hob.
Pour sauce over chips and mix well using a flat spatula.
Garnish and serve! ❤️
