This was my First time Making it I did not care so much for the noodles which was tasteless but I adjusted the recipe with what should work. Don’t get me wrong it was Super good still just not as Good as it could have been.
You could try the new way where you can see I adjusted the ingredients in the noodle or I may just slice and fry the Plantain next time instead and layer with that and add to eggs to the casserole on the last layer.
