Green Chile Salmon Pinwheels on the smoker! 🐟🍊🍋💨🔥
Today, we are making some Green Chile Salmon Pinwheels. Taking two sides of salmon, we will fill it with a cream cheese and green chile mixture and roll it into a pinwheel shape. We will making an epic citrus plank that we will lay the pinwheels on top to smoke till perfect. Finish with an agave nectar glaze at the end and call it a day!
