White Chicken Chili Recipe:
Crock Pot Liners:
1 – 1.5 pounds of chicken
3 cups water *or 24oz. chicken broth
3 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 pouch of Lipton onion soup mix *or 1 yellow onion diced
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp cumin
8oz. green chilis *or 8oz. rotel tomatoes & green chilis
2x 15oz cans of white beans (great northern beans)
15oz sweet corn
1 brick of cream cheese
1/4 cup half and half *or 1 can of media crema
*Cilantro, Salt & Pepper to taste
Top with:
shredded cheese
sour cream
avocado
green onions
jalapeño
pico de gallo
*or anything else you like! 🙂
