1/ Tbs cumin
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp salt

Taco Casserole:
8×8 inch baking dish
1 lb. ground beef
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 Tbs minced garlic
1 10oz. can rotel, drained
Taco Seasoning, divided
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs sour cream
8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos

Makes 6 Servings
