This appetizer is out of this world!
Ingredients:
1 can Hormel No Beans Chili
2 Hot dogs, diced into 1/4 disks
1/2 medium white onion, diced
1/2 bag of Fritos, crushed
1 cup shredded cheese
5″ empanada shells
3 eggs, whipped
1. Mix all the ingredients together, then add to the empanada shell, seal with a fork.
2. Dip the empanadas in the egg mixture, then press into crushed Fritos.
3. Place the empanadas in a fryer at 350F for about 3 minutes.
4. Allow to cool, then ENJOY!
