2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

I’d use it to lubricate the disposal, then make some chipotle salsa instead.

I’ve seen some recipes use mayo instead of butter to make a grilled cheese. A spicy grilled cheese might be an interesting option.

I like making chicken chipotle wraps! I use one of those spinach tortilla wraps, add spinach, frozen chicken nuggets or strips, tomato, and chipotle mayo. So good.

I hate mayo but this sounds worth trying!
Drench chicken and grilled veggies (onion and bell peppers, you can even add mushrooms if you like) in that sauce and place in a tortilla with fresh cilantro. Toast it up and you’ve got a delicious chipotle mayo chicken quesadilla.
Fish. All the fish. Or bin it, mayo is gross. But for sure, just some sort of white fish. Works great.

I use chipotle mayo for rotisserie chicken sandwiches on ciabatta. Just add a bit of pepper jack cheese and warm the ciabatta. My family now will make this when I’m not home.
