I’m going to be posting about a chimichurri next week and I did try it out on a quesadilla (as I would salsa) and it was just way too oily and gross. The combination of cheese from the quesadilla with the oil in the chimichurri was too much for me.
That said if you read the “about” in this sub we welcome salsa-adjacent foods like chimichurri, molé, and chutney.

There’s a bunch of shit I wouldn’t want to put chimichuri on that salsa is great on and vice versa.
