I usually cut the avocados separate and coat in lime juice, set aside and prepare other ingredients. Mix everything together and let it set in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
I usually add a jalapeño but I didn’t have any on hand.

I hope you enjoyed it.
Your recipe physically pains me.
I think I might be too much of a snob.

My sister in christ do yourself a huge favor and toss the prepackaged lime juice and cilantro straight into the garbage.
I know fresh cilantro doesn’t last long in the fridge but it’s cheap and 100% worth it.

About corn: I don’t think add any extra flavor, but definitely add colour, and with last avocados prices, maybe and I repeat maybe, you are creating future standard guacamole

I make a roasted corn guacamole that is amazing. I use four avocados, two to six roasted skinned jalapeños, one diced and seeded Roma tomato, roughly two tablespoons of diced red onion, two cloves minced fresh garlic, half of one lime, and one to two ears of fire roasted corn, broiled or skillet charred works too, mix all that w some salt and pep and fresh cilantro to taste. Delish.

Hmm. Do yourself a favor and use easily attainable fresh ingredients like lime, cilantro and garlic whenever possible.

Color me confused, what does corn bring to the table? It’s surely not a flavor profile…it can’t possibly be a texture thing…

Seriously, though…eat what you like.
Holy guacamole, lots of haters tonight. Assuming the flavors were balanced and to your liking, there isn’t anything wrong with this.
Bell pepper, corn and cilantro paste for “guacamole”? That’s a big no
