I used a modified Hilah recipe. Scaled down to 2 oz of chile de arbol accordingly. I did bring to a boil on the stove before blending and I added a bit of cumin and Mexican oregano like a commenter on this recipe suggested. I also used white vinegar. It’s delicious. A bit more smoky than I wanted. Searching for the perfect San Diego taqueria knock off.
