My small contribution. I just love cilantro.

   Recipe:

   6 plum tomatoes

   Red onion

   4 cloves of garlic

   Juice of 1 lime

   Salt & cumin

   Can of fire roasted jalapeños (normally I use fresh jalapeño)

   A ton of cilantro

   Edit: throw in food processor or blender. I’m away from home so I used the blender’s salsa/chop button. I did dice the garlic and onion manually

   Tastes so good with peppers as dippers!

   I go heavy in the cilantro and onion when I make pico cause it’s delicious.
