
1 28oz can tomatillos, drained, reserving 1/2 c juice
1/2 bun cilantro
1-2 jalapeño – to taste
1/4-1/2 cup sugar – to taste
2 cloves garlic
1/2 small white onion, minced
Salt and pepper
Purée all but onions – adding juice as needed to thin out.
Stir in finely diced white onion.
