-Verde w/tomatillo & serrano
-Verde w/Jalepeno & Habanero w/white & green onion (this is supposed to be made with Fresno but the store has been out) I specifically make this for Chiliquile tacos, which will be happening in the morning, have an order for 60 of them!
-Basic ass fresh table salsa, which is the bomb

Looks amazing! Can you please share your verde recipe (left in pic) with a newbie? I have my preferred peppers (tomatillo, poblano, jalapeño, serrano), but am struggling to find a good acid/water/oil level for my taste.
