    INGREDIENTS:

    1 can diced tomatoes (400ml)
    7 cloves of garlic
    1 onion
    1 large poblano
    2 jalapenos
    tons of cilantro
2 limes (and a little squeeze of lemon because I needed more acid but I ran out of limes)
    generous amount of salt
    some olive oil
    tiniest pinch of chili powder

I roasted the onions, garlic and peppers in my air fryer before pulsing it all in a food processor.

I initially cut out the seeds and ribs from my peppers but it wasn’t spicy enough so I added some of them back in at the end

Welcome u/saladtho! Please be prepared to become the go to salsa source to about 20-30 people. I was in your shoes a couple years ago and now I literally have people asking every week for more. I do it for fun and to spread spicy smiles across the land….as soon as money gets involved then it loses the flair. You do you but make sure to experiment with the wonderful content you’ll find on here.

Looks like La Chilena and that’s high praise

this looks delicious! & perfect texture. I’ll have to try roasting my salsa veggies in the airfryer

Looks great. I love the addition of pablano peppers. I think it adds a very nice flavor.

A recipe I have been playing with I posted [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/SalsaSnobs/comments/zupoxo/half_roasted_half_pico_de_gallo_salsa/). Tthe last time I made it I added a whole roasted head of garlic and substituted the “fresh” tomatoes with caned fire toasted tomatoes. It’s a mix of roasted and standard pico de gallo for that fresher crunch/texture. Still a work in progress.
