Adobo seasoning, tomato bouillon, lime juice, salt, pepper to taste. I do about a tbsp of adobo and tomato then just eye the rest. Also add the leftover juice in the pan to the blender.
I broil everything, rotating as needed, removing the peppers first (they tend to be done quicker) then roasting the garlic; as well as roasting the tomatoes and onion for some extra time. Make sure to remove stems from peppers/you can just add the tomatoes to blender, no need to try to remove the core. I don’t roast the habanero. It’s just preference though. 🙂
Blend the entire mixture. Food processor might work better depending on the consistency you prefer; but ours is small so I blend. Dice some extra onion and cilantro, throw it into the blended salsa, and it’s ready to go. Can add a little water to thin it out as well.
This is kind of spicy, so if you don’t want it to be really spicy I suggest removing the seeds from the jalapenos and habanero. The yellow ones don’t add too much heat and the fresno works well to pack a punch.

If you make any changes I would love to know what you did and how it turned out; i’m always changing this so i’d love something new!
