    Roughly, 4 tomatillos , 15 chili de arbol, 1/2 small onion, tbsp of garlic, 1/4 cup of vinegar, salt, and a enough water to cover everything then blend. It’s tangy, vibrant, and spicy.

    Looks and sounds amazing. Looking forward to making it and trying a recipe with more vinegar. Recently, I’ve only been adding a splash here and there.

    This has to be hot as ffffff, right? Or does it depend on your chili’s? I like to think I have high heat tolerance and I like my stuff to burn my ears, but the batch of Arbols I have are so hot that 6 peppers is more than enough. Feel like 15 might do me in.
