    Ingredients
    12 Roma tomatoes halved and deseeded
    3 white onions
    1 Large green chilli
    1 jalapeño
    Seasoned with a touch bbq pork rub (hog Waller) and kosher salt

    Smoked for 2 hours over Cherry wood at 230f

    Finished in oven under grill (griddle) setting until blackened edges.

    Pulsed gently using a food processor

    Finish with juice of 1 lime and 1/2 bunch of finely chopped coriander (cilantro) and freshly cracked black pepper

    Came out amazing and went perfectly with the smoked chicken in a taco
