Alright, I know some don’t like seeing food involved with the salsa 😂 but here’s the recipes :

Roja : ( in pan with a bit of oil, until seared a bit) one tomato, 2 cloves of garlic, half or 1/4 onion, and chipito chillis ( little hard to find, use chilli arbol if not ) put in blender with the oil and blend it all with some added salt and maybe a bit of water if u like

Verde : ( in pot with boiling water ) 2 tomatillos, 2 jalapeños, 2 habaneros, 1/4 onion, 2 garlic cloves – blend when they’re all soft, with added cilantro and salt, with some of the boiled water!

Haha NGL I love seeing posts showing what the salsa is served on! Maybe a 2nd pic showing just the salsa close up?

We’re rightfully in this sub talking about the salsa and what it’s over, but can we take a moment to appreciate what is clearly here a homemade great-looking tortilla? You can have the best stuff in the taco, the best salsa on top, but you put it all in a lame shelf-stable packaged tortilla and it just doesn’t hit the same.
