    I’m not really one to keep track of recipes but everything is roasted.

    Top left is arbol, roma, garlic, red onion, cilantro, lime, salt and oil.

    Top right is tomatillos, white onion, jalapeno, serrano, garlic, cilantro, lime and salt.

    Bottom right is roma, red onion, garlic, jalapeno, canned chipotle, cilantro, lime and salt.

    Bottom left is roma, white onion, garlic, jalapeno, serrano, cilantro, lime and salt.
