    Recipe based on one by Esteban Castillo in his book Chicano eats. I used:
    2 avocados, one jalapeño, 2 green onions, 2 small tomatillos, 1/4 cup cilantro, 2 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 1/2 cups of water and a glug of garlic infused olive oil. Whipped it up in the blender and it’s delicious and incredibly creamy.

    Looks great ! Any reason you put it in that cup instead of a bowl. Also what are those chips?! I don’t recognize the bag.

    I might be asking a really dumb question, so please find my ignorance charming rather than chafing, but how do avocado salsa and guacamole differ?
