Recipe:
2 plum tomatoes, deseeded
Half a white onion
One fresh jalapeño, deseeded
1 long red dried chili thing, help me out here
2 chipotle
1 short fat dried pepper with skin like a raisin.
4 garlic cloves
2 lime’s worth of juice
A bunch of smoked salt until I liked it
Some cumin
A handful of cilantro
I knew what the chilies were when I bought them. Can’t be sure now. Sorry.
