    I charred Roma tomatoes, tomatillos, and half an onion under the broiler like in the picture. In a small sauce pan I simmered 2 guajillos and maybe a dozen arbol chiles (without removing the seeds) until soft. Blended them together and added chopped cilantro and salt to taste.

  2. Really tempted to try this. I’ve got a bunch of guajillo, ancho, and arbol from making tamales. Aside from that I’ve never cooked or made salsas with them.
