    Tomatoes, picerrella peppers, mixed chilli peppers, garlic, spring onions, lime, coriander, salt, sugar, dash of red wine vinegar.

    Love it! Taste after for maybe a bit more salt or lime, but it’s likely always likely gonna be good!

  3. I’m not a fan of when my salsas turn out a color between red and green (almost brown/orange). Like it to be either distinctly red OR green. But those ingredients look good.

    Do you take the time to peel the skin of the peppers, or just blitz as is?
