Wearing gloves, halve the the tomatoes, the peppers, and crush the garlic. Drizzle generously with neutral oil and char under the broiler (You can also throw in the onion but I like it better raw.) Throw it in the food processor with the salt, water, the left over cooking oil, and juice out half a lime. Puree to desired consistency, add more salt if needed. Refrigerate over night. If the heat’s too much consider cutting that by throwing in a mango and roasted red bell pepper
I’ve been selling jars of this to my coworkers $10/pint and there is always demand. DM if you need help getting super hots! This recipe should also work with pretty much any pepper, especially habanaros. Should yield about 32oz. Please don’t touch your face with the gloves and make sure to ventilate when cooking the peppers
