What do you do with the cored out tomato seeds/juices? I never make good tomato-based salsa because I can’t bring myself to waste the innards. Also, the pick looks amaze.

I sometimes add a bit of black pepper, Maggie sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to it. Gives it a very nice umami flavor that surprisingly goes well on asada tacos.
