Made my second ever smoked salsa. First was a bit too much onion and a little thick/more like pico so I added some pineapple juice and it looks/tastes much better

Smoked salsa on the traeger at 250 for about 1.5 hours. We invited more people so I had to run out and make a second identical sheet but with slightly less garlic but the taste last night was great, hyped to share it with friends today.
