6 habaneros smoked for an hour I can peaches (100% juice) 3 garlic cloves. Roasted 1/4 onion. Roasted 3/4 C. Distilled white vinegar 1 tbsp salt
Blend all then reduce over medium heat by 1/2

I made a similar one a couple weeks ago to use up some peaches that were about to go off. I did it more like a hab/peach barbecue sauce, it was great on ribs and pork chops.

It took me a long time to try”sweet” hot sauce, but they’re growing on me. I’ve tried one with ananas and another with oranges and they were both great.

I’ve been loving the fruit based hot sauces. Last one I did was a 3 week fermented red habanero, grilled peach, ginger, Guajillo powder, garlic and charred onion. Came out amazing.
