
Salsa verde my way 10 tomatillos,5 Serranos peppers & half white onion boil all this together, then blend add salt and black pepper to liking and a whole avocado as I did here to make it thickkkkkk lol hope y’all enjoy if you do try at home.

I do a similar one with jalapeno and aji Colorado peppers, but I like to add cilantro for a little razzle dazzle. Might have to steal your black pepper but though. Looks great!

Damn son
I have become devoted to making a great green salsa. My problem? I got really big ( larger than golf ball sized) tomatillos, roasted them, and blended with the other ingredients (different recipe, no lime). It was so tart, it was inedible. I don’t want to try another recipe until I understand. I do not want to add sugar, etc. Does tomatillo size matter, or does boiling them make sourness go away? Help!
