Broil 8-9 minutes: 2 peach pepper, 1-1/2 large yellow onions, 3 poblano, four jalapeno, one large red tomato, one medium orange tomato, 6 small tomatillos. (turn veggies after 4 minutes)
Blend: veggies, large bundle of cilantro, dash of kosher salt, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
Stove: this is personal preference, I like the consistency with mine because my tomatoes and my tomatillos had so much liquid in them that I felt I did not need to add water to thin it out. I did add 2Tbs vegetable oil to the pot when I initially tried to water it but I decided not to and just blended the oil with the salsa.
~let sit overnight and enjoy with your favorite chips. Being from Chicagoland area, My choice is El Milagro.
EDIT** I forgot I added about a can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce when I blended it! Sorry!
