Depende del proceso en cómo se hacen los tacos.

I’d say they are food fast, not fast food. Their food is generally fresh and unprocessed. Some of it might be a little high on fat and sodium, but in a home cooked way rather than a made in a factory way. Taco truck/shop food also doesn’t leave you feeling gross after. If you can’t tell I’m a taco fan:)

Street food is more like it… When i hear fast food i think of a production line where the food is made.

Taco trucks have OG taco dudes serving and modifying tacos to your requirements.

    Go taco guys!!

Food trucks are not fast food because nothing about the process that goes into making your food is fast. It takes time and a lot of prep. Sure a taco can be made in a minute, but the meat and veggies didn’t.

I don’t really considered it fast food if the place is setting up early to prep for the day or nights business and buying local ingredients.
If the majority of their menu is purchased from a distribution center and delivered by “load drops” it’s fast food. It doesn’t matter how many cute adjectives they use in marketing.
