    Edit: Try them Morelia style, just add sour cream and cold ranchero cheese. Your mouth will be taken to heaven.

    Fun fact. In Central America, “churro” refers to any light snack. A bag of plantain chips, an apple, and a candy bar all qualify as “churros.”
