    Nice haul!! How’s do you store it and how long will it keep?

    So a reddit post in the past day or two explained to me that mason jar lids are in two parts for canning, the cap part being not reusable for canning, while the rim part is. But they said you can remove the rim and the lid stays on, confirming it’s safely sealed.

    Anyways my point is – is any of that true?
