first time using my molcajete, and this salsa is awesome!
the few recipes I was piecing together and following, asked for 2 tblsps of Pequin peppers, but I cleared out my plant with 1 tbsp.. it’s still plenty spicy, and I had to had a 3rd tomato to lessen the heat enough for family to try it 🌶

1 tbsp homegrown Pequin peppers
5 black pepper kernels (roasted)
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (roasted)
2 Roma tomatoes charred (added a 3rd later)
1/2 white onion charred
3 garlic cloves charred
1 tbsp vinegar
little lemon
1 small bunch cilantro
