I’m just looking at this thinking that is a beautiful ramen bowl. I use ramen bowls for my pozole in my house, because it fits the soup and the fixings.

It was lot of fun to make
If anyone wants to give it a whirl here is how I did it
I roasted tomatillos x6, poblanos x4 serranos x4 (only 1 with seeds) – blended it all.
In a big pot I sautéed 3 onions, Mexican orégano and cumin. Then added x8 chicken breast tenders.
Opened the tinned hominy, roasted that in the over (to remove tin flavor) then added it to 4 cups of homemade chicken stock to the sautéed onions and half cooked chicken, added the verde blend, and let the beauty cook for 3-4 hours.
Garnished with “wahacka” cheese, baby radish slices, fresh baby lettuce and two wee slices of lime
PS – When it cools down for the next day just add cups of water when reheating as when it concentrates and gets saltier.
