    ~1/4 pineapple
    3 Serannos
    5 Banana peppers
    7 tomatoes (1 heirloom + romas, I believe)
    1 red onion

    Everything went on the grill. The peppers were de-seeded after grilling but a lot of the heat had already leached into the flesh of the peppers.

    Everything then blended in a food processor. Added honey, white wine vinegar, and salt to taste + to balance the heat.

    Ended up a bit watery so we left it in the fridge uncovered.

    Overall pretty happy with it as I’m new to making my own salsa. Next time I’d use less pineapple (I liked the taste but it was a bit too pineapple-forward) and de-seed the peppers before grilling (I liked the amount of heat but it was too much for my partner).
