Serious question: can these peppers not blow up from the pressure?

Seriously chiles rellenos are so underrated. We spent a summer back home in mexico when I was like 16 and a vegetarian and most places we went to eat this would be my main food option. Thought I’d be tired of them but came back home begging my mom to make them for weeks 🤤

Do you have a recipe for the sauce? That looks a lot like something I have been trying to track down for a while

  8. okay serious question here. I love chile rellenos, but there seem to be at least 2 kinds–one is more of a soft/corn dog texture and one looks like this more where it is fried “hard” if that makes sense. is there a specific name or way to order a chile relleno that is fried “hard” and not the soft/corndog texture?? I like it that way but have a hard time finding it /explaining it. thanks!!!
