    This salsa has with cherry tomatoes from my dads garden, orange and red Bell Peppers, Hungarian wax peppers, Jalapeños, Serrano’s, cilantro, fresh garlic, a white and yellow onion, five green onions (bulbs and stalks) and half a bag of shredded carrots.

    Everything sans the cilantro and green onions were charred on a charcoal grill.

    I combined all the ingredients in the blender and added some salt, Adobo, sugar, and EVOO to thin it out a bit.

    I finished off half of the blender with a bag of around 10 Ghost Peppers from the freezer. Some of my friends don’t like spicy while me, a buddy and my dad love the pain.

    The variety of peppers was to add different flavor profiles to make up for the lack of heat for my friends.

    The oily bag behind the blender is the homemade corn tortillas to go with the salsa.

    My salsa comes out too watery. I never added bell peppers though, is that what gives it the consistency?

    This looks great !! My salsa comes out almost foamy – if I blend the tomatoes. How did yours comes out so smooth?

    Looks pretty good to me! My only thought is the garlic, I find it has a much higher chance of burning without the skins. Try roasting with the skins on to prevent charring. Will keep it super sweet.
